Rosalia's Kitchen Catering

We actually love this place this is our 2nd time coming. We seen it on a tik tok video from @peakacity (now we follow) we were served by Sebastian. Small and very cozy.

Now the pictures are of one of the items on the menu however comes with chocolate instead of some sort of vanilla this is called the Mad Hatter sorry for not having this details to share about the other option. but this place is a definite must share. Come check for yourself.

For those of you that read my review i am rarely impressed and this place blows me aways and for me to come back to back got to say something.

Rosalia's Kitchen is a new addition to the West Miramar corridor, Welcome Rosalie's Kitchen.

It is a small and quaint restaurant, located in the Eastern corner of the Kohl's plaza on Miramar Parkway and Flamingo road.

The service is wonderful, the atmosphere is very easy going and soft. I'm talking with the owner who actually took my order, she said check out the bathrooms so you'll see pictures of the bathroom. It is a nice addition, and I look forward to the longevity of their establishment. Let me tell you about my experience:

Started with the sambusaks, which are made with chickpeas and vegan. Comes with dipping sauce.

For drinks I had the caramel martini with popcorn and my mate had an old fashioned martini. The carmel is a little sweet, so consider. They have a specialty called a blue cloud.

I'm going to let you all come out and experience the joy of their drinks.

Followed up with the truffled beef and spicy chicken tapas. Each flavor comes as threes and not an assortment. Sharing a caprese salad with our tapas consisted of our meal.

I enjoyed the experience and will be back. It is well worth the fusion experience that you will have, but once again come out and experience for yourself.

I look forward to seeing some more reviews and experiences and foods others have tried.

Ronny was our server and he was amazing! he was very knowledgeable of the menu and gave 10/10 recommendations!! Catherine was also very helpful and so polite too. we loved our gnocchi, it was perfectly cooked and the goat cheese pasta. Definitely a hidden gem!ll

I booked a service for the McLaren - K-Swiss Global Launch Event held at the Bal Harbour Mall in Miami Fl; I was beyond impressed not only by the delicious food but also by the World Class service and professionalism led by Rosario and her team. I can't tell you how much I appreciate the suggestions you have made for such an important global event; everything came out perfectly, you are the absolute best!!

I found Rosalia's Kitchen through Yelp, a blind selection based on the great reviews. My family needed catering for my beloved aunt's funeral. Rafael was wonderful. The food was wonderful but what was most touching was that he went out of his way to buy a card from my family to take with the meal as we live states away and we're unable to attend due to the pandemic. If you want great professional caterer's for a fantastic price and a menu with variety, look no further. Rosalia and her staff were amazing. The food is delicious. The staff is very nice and professional. We hired them for our gallery event and couldn't be happier. We will be hiring them again for future events. Presentation was beautiful, you can tell there is love and passion behind their food.

If you want delicious, real homestyle food for your next event or work lunch function, this is definitely the place to order from. The food was so fresh and had the feel of your mom's home cooking. It was evident that everything was cooked from scratch and they don't cut corners with ingredients. The owners came to deliver the food personally, and couldn't be nicer people. Everything was a hit with everyone and we will definitely be ordering again at the first opportunity.
