I cannot say enough fantastic things about Chase Roofing. From the professionalism in the office to the work in the field, they do a wonderful job. We replaced our roof and their work was truly well done. Not only that, we were advised of every step of the process, provided with all necessary documentation, and everything was just seamless and convenient. Pricing is also fair, they do not nickle and dime you. John Chase and Tamara Chase are truly good people and it is a pleasure to provide them with our business. Special shout out to Phillip Dray who assisted us with the paperwork and everything before and after the roof was complete. So kind and professional. This business is the way to go for any roofing needs. They are HONEST first and foremost, and they do great work. Highly recommended. Would use this company over and over. Thank you!

Fantastic family business! While at a wine dinner one evening, I was notified that a storm shorted out our electrical panel at our business and we lost the electricity for our walk-in freezer filled with product. Tamara and John Chase happened to be at that dinner, and I asked if they could help. They said of course and sent out two roofers early the next morning who quickly identified the issue and repaired the roof in the pouring rain. We were very pleased with the quick, excellent service and kindness of the Chases. I highly recommend them!

Chase Roofing did an excellent job on our roof. Very conscientious, meticulous, and trustworthy which is a must today, but hard to come by. Everything was done with great care and Mike and Jivon were very professional and responsible in making sure everything was going well throughout the project. Cleanup after the job was thorough. I scheduled an appt with Chase Roofing for Thurs 14th Sep in Tampa for an estimate for roof repair/new roof. I was supposed to receive a call from Mike A. the day before to confirm time, call never came so I called him to confirm appt. He stated he would be there between 9:30-10:00AM
He never called to say he was running late, but he finally showed up at 11am. Never even came in yard, said he would fly a drone around, fine.
Stated that he was busy but would email me an estimate by that following Monday.
Welp its Friday Sep 22nd now and nothing.

Having a contract company like Chase Roofing in Florida is very rare and must be praised. From the start, Philp Dray represented the company with pure professionalism. Their pricing was $3,000 below the nearest competitor and he knew the permitting standards which saved me over $1,000. From signing the contract through installation completion, they kept me up to speed on everything. Always on time and got the job done in four days after permitting had been processed.

The crew were hard working and did everything perfectly. I can't say enough on how Chase Roofing and the team, including Andrea Minisci and John Guglielmi, were incredible to work with on my new roof project. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!! It is companies like yours that give Floridians faith that not all contractors are a challenge to work with. Hire this company, you won't regret it.

Getting a new roof can be stressful. And costly. I mean, you're making an investment that should last you the next 20 years....

When it was time to get my roof done, I called around and got prices. In the middle of a pandemic, with supply chains in disarray, prices and timelines varied wildly. Ultimately I went with Chase. Because of the overall reputation of the company, sure, but mainly because of Philip. When I met with Philip, I got a real, no bullshit vibe from him. He admitted they weren't the cheapest and if I was looking to just throw a roof on and sell, I could go with anyone. If I wanted a company that was going to get it done right, and give me a reasonable timeline, that's what they could do. He was upfront about permitting timelines and shingle shortages. Ultimately it was 0 pressure, and he seemed more concerned with giving me the full scope of my options, instead of pushing his services only. Maybe this guy is a master salesman. Or maybe he's just a really nice guy that knows if he's honest and transparent, the customer will trust him, and if they don't go with him this time, they may next time. Or recommend him to a friend. Ok, he's a master salesman AND a nice guy.

I just wanted to shout him out because Philip left such an impression that even after getting multiple quotes, I went with Chase, because I trusted him to get the job done in the timeframe I needed. I simply didn't get that feeling from the 5 other companies I got quotes from.

The process is a bit of a pain. You have to pull permits. Wait. They come tear the old roof off. Wait. Inspection done. Wait. They come do the final roof. Wait. Last inspection. Done. The permitting took about a month, and once work started they were done within the week, even with some rainy days in between.

The staff I. The office was super communicative along the way and super helpful with all my questions. Thanks to Brooke for her patience as I asked 10000 questions haha.

The team that came to do the work were all super nice and left the place just as it was when they arrived, making sure to take all of the trash with them and going through the painstaking process of collecting all of the nails from the floor that may have fallen.

New roof looks great! I even got A postcard with before and after pics in the mail. Nice touch. Can't recommend them enough!

We have used Chase several times and have always had quality services from the estimate on roof repair (John Chase) to the roofer who came to repair our roof (Juan Crum). We would highly recommend Chase Roofing and if, unfortunately, our roof needs additional repair or replacement, we will use them again!

I would give them 10 stars if I could. The Chase team is knowledgeable, professional and courteous. They showed up on time, prepared, and did what they needed to do. They were in contact communication, keeping me apprised of schedules and next steps.

It's rare and refreshing to work with a construction company that so obviously values and appreciates their clientele, and has the expertise and staffing to pull it all together.
