My insurance services focus on Life, Final Expense, Medicare, ACA (Affordable Care Act) health plans, and supplemental coverage, and I take pride in explaining options clearly so clients never feel overwhelmed. I believe insurance should feel approachable, not confusing, and I stay with my clients before, during, and after enrollment.
Alongside my insurance work, I’m also a commissioned Notary Public, providing loan signing agent services as well as remote online notarization. These services allow me to support real estate professionals, lenders, and individuals with accurate, secure, and time-sensitive document signings. I’m known for being dependable, detail-oriented, and easy to work with, especially when deadlines matter.
I also bring 18 years of customer service experience from the University of Miami, where I built a strong foundation in problem-solving, communication, conflict resolution, and relationship management. That experience shaped how I show up for clients today—with patience, professionalism, and a genuine commitment to service.
