For years I managed budgets, KPI's, and cash flow in the marketing industry. All whilst managing and supporting a team and creating a positive environment. Now I have branched off to use the skills I have learned to support industries like yours. To help maintain stable cash flow, precise books, and avoid headaches related to the never ending list of the governments rules and regulations.
My previous career was managing a marketing department of a home improvement company. There, numbers were my language and reports were my scriptures. Familiarization with analytics and industry standards were crucial to make appropriate decisions for continued growth, all while managing a team, It was then I realized an overlooked and often underprioritized aspect of not only managing a team but running a business. The moral and mental health of you and your team. A happy team is a happy business.
With my combined skills with numbers, completed accounting courses, and emotional intelligence, starting my own bookkeeping business was the most natural progression. I've gained insight on what makes businesses tick. Tell me if this sounds familiar
- You've invested a substantial amount of money into your practice, but you're not seeing the return on that investment as quickly as you'd like.
- You're fulfilling too many roles and don't have time to focus on what you love doing most.
- You're overworked and don't have the time or the mental capacity to deal with all the financial aspects of your business.
If you are a business owner and need to delegate a confusing and tedious aspect of your business so you can get back to doing what you do best, I'd be happy to have a conversation with you. You can call me at (561)437-3089 or email me at Jason@jfbookkeepingmanagement.com.
